Fiona is a successful freelance editor and writer specialising in nature and travel. Her skills include writing, editing, commissioning , photography, picture reserach and project management in magazines, books, websites and television. She produces high-quality, complex illustrated publications and her work has received many awards. Fiona’s lively, entertaining travel articles have appeared in The Sydney Morning Herald, The Age and The Australian Way (Qantas’ inflight magazine) and she has edited and project managed a variety of pubications.


Fiona lives in North Manly on the Northern Beaches in Sydney with her partner Greg.


She confesses an inordinate fondness for volcanoes.
